Comfort food and cakes, the way Mother made it.

A neighborhood bakeshop behind a little white picket fence — baking sansrival, egg pies, and Sunday-lunch favorites since the 1960s.

Why Mother's

Recipes that never needed updating

Some things get better left alone. Ours is a menu built on decades of the same butter, the same recipes, and the same care — comfort food first, pastry case second.

Our Story

A bakeshop that never left the neighborhood

Mother's Cake House started small — a family kitchen turning out sansrival and egg pies for neighbors in Balibago. Decades later, it's still the same picket-fenced storefront, the same chillers of cakes, and the same tables where regulars settle in for baked mac and palabok.

It's the quieter sister to a well-loved local fried chicken spot — but the pastry case has always had its own following.
